Practitioner: Corinna Graham

"I have been studying holistic nutrition independently for the past 12 years. I am a graduate of Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts and a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. My education consists of digestive physiology, diet analysis, therapeutic nutrition, and hormone balance. Because nutrition health is ever changing, I am frequently continuing my education to stay current and offer the most valuable information to my clients.

My Path to Functional Medicine

I took a holistic health class at City College of San Francisco. This class opened up my true passion. I loved everything about it. It incorporated all my current beliefs but gave me a proper foundation to grow from. I had a particular interest in the holistic nutrition part of the class. I was overweight for most of my youth and this class was teaching me a new way to approach my health. After this class I continued my education with holistic nutrition independently reading, researching, and taking nutrition workshops which led me to Bauman College.

Discovering holistic nutrition is the reason I was able to lose the weight I needed to lose and sustain a healthy weight. It is also the reason I decided to educate people on the importance of eating well and the positive effect it can have on all aspects of your life.

Because my path here was so personal I have learned to practice with empathy and create personalized plans for every client I work with. I respect that your journey is unique and I am thrilled that you chose me to help you reach your health goals. I truly know the difference it can make and I will honor your commitment.

I look forward to working with you!
